Damien Figueras is a Cuban-American composer, music director, and sound designer based in Philadelphia. He is a five-time Barrymore Award nominee. He made his Off-Broadway design debut in 2018 with the play Party Face produced at NY City Center. Other design credits include companies such as Walnut Street Theatre, Lantern Theatre Company, 11th Hour Theatre Company, Resident Theatre Company, Curio Theatre, and more. Damien is a proud member of the Theatrical Sound Designer and Composer Association (TSDCA) and the Designer’s Union: Local USA829.

As a composer and music director, Damien's work focuses on ensemble-based music creation. He is a founding resident member of Apartment 20 Theatre where he had the pleasure of Music Directing and writing orchestrations for their upcoming concept album, Lilith And Her Demons based on a collection of poems by Enid Dame.

Outside of his regional work, he is currently the Production Manager for Wolf Performing Arts Center, and is on the Board of Directors for DIRECTORS GATHERING.
